Research & Documentation: I prioritize UX research to bring context and insight to the design process, collaborating with researchers to understand users’ needs and behaviors. I run workshops with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and analyze data for design decisions. Documenting findings in clear, visual formats (e.g., user journeys, and process flows) helps foster team alignment and shared understanding.

Ideation | Exploring Concepts

Concept Development: Using insights from research, I rapidly generate and refine concepts that balance user needs with business goals. I employ sketches, whiteboards, and sticky notes to brainstorm and communicate high-level ideas, ensuring a collaborative ideation process that sets a strong foundation for design direction.

Implementation | Prototyping

Prototype, Test, Iterate: I create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, and Adobe Suite. Testing these solutions with users and stakeholders allows me to identify improvements. Iterating until the design meets user needs, I collaborate closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of project goals.
