I redesigned the MyMTN App Uganda to enhance user experience and engagement. The new design helps users better understand their data, voice, and mobile money usage, providing insights on spending patterns, savings, and offers. The improved onboarding experience ensures immediate value, while integrating a more intuitive account management system enables users to make informed decisions and optimize their mobile plans.
